Get to know our villa better
The complex is divided into 4 buildings, which we call areas. The areas are defined as “Sailing Ship” for the main building, “The Great Waterfall” for the building dedicated to leisure, “Garden suites” for the garden apartments and “Spa & Lounge” for the pool and spa area.
As each area comprises several floors and different facilities, we have decided to organize the villa by levels for you, and thus show more coherently all the spaces, rooms and terraces available.
This division is established in 6 different levels, ranging from 0 to 5.

Level Zero 
The Level 0 is divided between the “The Great Waterfall” area and the “Garden Suites” area.
In the “The Great Waterfall” area, you can find the “Entertainment Lounge”, which includes a Cocktail Bar, a Club, a Pool Table and Billiard, and a cinema.
Right next to it, there is the “Great Waterfall Lounge” terrace, equipped with chairs and tables, a sofa, and the “Zen Fountain”.
In the “Garden Suites” area, there are two apartments equipped with a double bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen-dining room, ready to accommodate your guests or service staff.
First Level
The first level consists of 3 suites in the “The Great Waterfall” area and a terrace in the “Garden Suites” area.
In the “The Great Waterfall” area, the “Japanese Bridge” and “Nympheas” suites are similar accommodations, for 2 people, spacious, with a private bathroom equipped with a hydromassage shower and access to the terrace. The “Waterllily” suite is equipped like the previous two, but with different decoration, more spacious and with a private terrace. In this same location, we can also find a large living room with a very well-equipped kitchen.
In the “Graden Suites” area, the terrace comes equipped with sun loungers, tables and chairs so that its guests can enjoy a moment of relaxation outdoors.
Second Level
The second level consists of 2 different areas.
In the “Sailing Ship” area we find the “Full Sail” area where the library is located, an exquisite space where you can find moments of relaxation. Equipped with two large armchairs, a large semicircular sofa, a desk with a Mac computer, and a complete HI-FI system. In the “Upper Mast” area there is the Zen Garden Reception Hall, a beautiful space charmingly decorated where you can receive your guests. In the “Zone Hull” we will find the technical and service area, the laundry room, the wine cellar and access to the garage.
In the “The Great Waterfall” area, there is a spacious garage that can also be used for other purposes due to its versatility.
Third Level
The third level is located in the “Sailing Ship” area.
In the “Full Sail” area there is a Chill Out terrace, equipped with sofas and with beautiful sea views.
In the “Upper Mast” area we find an internal area for the Chill Out terrace in “Full Sail”.
In the “Zone Hull” we find a complete gym with sea views, a spa area with Turkish bath and Finnish sauna and their corresponding changing rooms.
Next to this same area, we find a large terrace with unique views of the Mediterranean Sea. On this terrace we find a space that acts as an outdoor dining room, a beautiful lake with a floating platform with sofas and a Mediterranean floral decoration. Connected to this terrace there is a complete kitchen with stone oven and XL barbecue.
Fourth Level
The fourth level is located in the “Sailing Ship” area.
In the “Full Sail” area we find a large living room with dining room and living room. Connected to this room, we find a terrace overlooking the garden.
In the “Upper Mast” area there is a large kitchen, fully equipped. From the kitchen there is access to a terrace overlooking the garden and with glass floor.
In the “Space Hull” area we find the “Underwater suite”, a luxurious and exclusive room where one of the walls has a window that overlooks the bottom of the pool. This room is equipped with a full bathroom and jacuzzi. In the same area we also find the “Sunrise suite”, a double room with full bathroom and sofa.
Continuing in the “Space Hull” area, we find the “Japanese Garden Office”, an office of exclusive decoration, with HI-FI audio system, where to hold your meetings. Next to this office we find the “Japanese Garden Lounge” garden, with a massage room, the “Sunset Terrace” and the “Tea House River”, a small Japanese house where you can relax and having some tea or practice your yoga skills.
Fifth Level
The fifth level is located in the “Sailing Ship” area.
In the “Full Sail” area, we find a large terrace called “Belvedere”, with incredible views.
Next to the “Belvedere” terrace, there is the “Upper Mast” area with 3 double suites, all of them with bathroom.
In the “Zone Hull” we find the “Sunset Terrace”, a huge terrace with incredible views and furniture for your comfort.
Finally, we find the “Spa & Pool” area, which consists of a long pool of 20 meters, which flows into a waterfall in a smaller pool. Next to the pool there is an area with jacuzzi and cold bath. This whole area is covered and heated, with wooden floors and furniture to relax and rest.
